Return Policy and Return Form

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of your order for items in unopened, unused, original, re-sellable condition, with any associated packaging. Please contact us for further information: info@walterkunze.com

If making a return, please note the following:

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Customer pays for return shipping.

- Refunds are issued in the form of original payment (minus original shipping).

- All merchandise must be returned in original condition.


Instructions:

Please package your return carefully with appropriate packaging and protection. Items must be received in original, re-sellable condition.

While not required, we recommend to send the package insured with a tracking number so you'll have confirmation that your package has arrived. We cannot be held responsible for or issue refunds for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days after we've received the return. You will be refunded the original purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes less shipping. Original shipping costs are not refundable. The buyer is also responsible for return shipping except in cases where we have made an error (i.e., sent you the wrong item).
